This is where theory becomes reality. Our technical sparring sessions are for dedicated students who want to apply their skills in a controlled, safe, and intelligent way. This isn't a brawl; it's a chess match. You will learn to apply new techniques, striking principles, strategy, aswell as distance and timing under the guidance of our master level coaches giving you constant feedback to imporve.
