2. Booking a Free Trial Class

 

  • Our Website offers the ability to book a free, no-obligation trial class at our academy.

  • To book a trial, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in our booking form, which includes personal details, emergency contact information, and a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

  • For participants under the age of 18, the booking form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • By submitting the booking form, you confirm that the information provided, particularly regarding health and physical readiness (PAR-Q), is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may affect your or your child's safety.

  • Submission of a booking request does not guarantee a place in the class. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

 

3. Participation and Assumption of Risk

 

  • Kickboxing and martial arts are physical contact sports and carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in a class, you acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself or on behalf of your child.

  • You agree to follow the instructions of our coaches at all times. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the class.

  • You confirm that you (or your child) are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from engaging in active exercise. If you have any doubts, you must consult a doctor before participating.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuzion Kickboxing Academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property sustained during or as a result of participating in our classes, except in the case of our proven negligence.

  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents.
